Many tuners recommend setting the base boost pressure at about 1/2 the peak boost pressure, especially if it's peaking high, like with John's MapTun stage 5 (should be something like 24-26psi) in order to help the turbo spool a little faster.
If it's still set to the stock 5psi preload on the actuator the wastegate may not be able to stay tightly shut while accelerating, and some pressure will bleed off, which translates to a bit slower spool to full pressure.
John's stiffer (1 BAR) actuator helps this a little too.
