The stock intake system should by good for up to around 300HP. The best advice is to start with the the tried and true basics, make a few runs on a dyno, then make additional changes if deemed necessary.
I have been present to see a NG900 2.0L turbo fitted with a 9-3 cross-flow intercooler, a 2.5" cat-back exhaust, and Stage 2 software, turn over 210 wheel HP (about 250 crankshaft HP) on the dyno.
