Ryan, you make a very good point that I had not thought Posted by bender [Email] (#268) [Profile/Gallery] (more from bender) on Fri, 12 Nov 2010 18:37:51 In Reply to: Re: So there isn't a whole deal of enhancement, ryan [Profile/Gallery] , Thu, 11 Nov 2010 12:17:34 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
about. Since more weight further from the center would require more torque, then if you wanted to gain on that, you would have to reduce weight on parts that are further from the center. If most of the reduced weight is in the center, then the added benefit of the reduced weight isn't all too much since it is near the center and thus would not require as much torque to spin anyway.
I mean, there is a difference for certain, I just don't know how much.
I am starting to realize just how much physics comes into play. In any case, given my driving style and needs, this set up is most definitely not worth the money (800$). Perhaps if I had money to play with I'd do it, but I don't.
Now to find the best stock rotors that aren't made in China....
