This time of year if you're in very cold climates you can never really cross anything off the list, but check all the basics before getting too worried, all the vacuum hoses, intercooler hose clamps, make sure the plugs are gapped tight enough (or change them if it's been a while), maybe throw in a spare DI cassette if you have one (you do have one, right?), or even bring the one from your car into the house to let it warm up.
If it does the long time cranking with no start, have a helper bang on the bottom of the fuel tank with a rubber mallet or a boot or something, when the fuel pumps start to seize up you can sometimes break them free by banging on the tank while cranking it and it'll fire right up - in that case, replace pump. If you have fuel pressure test equipment it's an even easier test.
Short of any of those, and we'll need more information, could be any number of things.
