You should listen to Gary Wolf or MTAERO, he has one of if not the fastest track 9k in the country. It is unbelievable on the track, he has 4.45 gearing and has also run the ap racing brakes, but ran a mustang wheel I think to fit over the brakes, but also had a 15 or 16 inch wheel. He is an amazing driver, but its a blast to watch him smoke sti's and vettes and porsches on the track, he is almost always the fastest car at the track in Montana at Lewiston track.
I copied his recipe with my 9k, but I still have stock tdo4, but run e85 to get the extra power and cooling and its a monster, I too run 4.45 gearing, but still have the front sas bar which makes the car more neutral, it becomes a little positive with rear only, but Gary does a great job keeping the rear end where he wants by throttle modulation, its quite the experience to feel him lock in the rear end by throttle !
good luck,
John
