governor 135 or 150 mph

well they just finished rt 200 in MD. The road was opened and never really gunned my car, so I did. When I got to 135 the car seem to struggle or like misfire, but no error came up, is that the governor or is it misfiring. I have a turbo x no upgrades(at this time).
