Ive turned up quite a few 9-5s and had little noticable impact on engine mounts
I think it depends on your driving style
rolling on the throttle isent going to be nearly as bad as shock loading by dumping the clutch
I have seen the asian warner tranies shift very hard on stage 4 and 5 setups in 9-5s .. enough to cause the belt to slip
this also might be hard on mounts but they are mounted pretty firmly
