Unless its a SAAB part, it voids warranty. The uprated ECU's are available for older SAABs and new 9.5 straight from the SAAB accesory catalog. I would wait until the warranty is over before you start messing about. But...there are dealers that are willing to back you even if you modify the car, there are several on this board that have modified cars and still retain the warranty. My dealer said there is no way he would honour my warranty if I had increased boost, SAAB/GM Canada would never let it go.
