I'm pretty sure my Jamex are linear. Also the Abbotts that I have - progressive springs would have several coils closer together than the others. From what I understand, the B&Gs are the only progressive springs out there for the c900, though I've never seen one up close. Anyway, there is some choice if one is looking to find something other than Jamex or Intrax.
