I've been very happy with my Aquamist system, it definitely makes a differnce in preventing detonation, especially as outdoor temps rise. When I first installed it, I noticed that I got a kick of power (can't say how much - not a lot, but noticeable in the butt dyno and the A/F ratio gauge) after it had been injecting for a couple seconds. It enabled me to run 16 psi boost with 92 octane fuel, stock injectors, and a 3.0 bar FPR, SOLID. Now maxxing out at 19 psi, but have added 24# injectors and RRFPR also. Anyhoo, I definitely notice a difference when the H2O injection isn't working. It was coming on too late a few weeks back - 15 or so psi instead of 8-10 psi. 15 psi is too late, by that time you already have detonation and ping. Once we adjusted it down, the situation vastly improved.
