Sorry, my foot's to the floor way too often.
Oil Pressure in modified 88 SPG:
Idle (900 rpm): ~12-14 psi
higher at start up until engine starts to warm up, starts off at about 40 psi for about 5 seconds, and falls back to 20, then creeps down to 12-14 psi
Normal highway driving (3000-3100 rpm): ~57-63 psi
WOT (above 5K rpm): ~65-75 psi
This is just from me looking over at the gauge while driving. I'll document the exact numbers when I get a chance, and I'll post them here (ie: have someone ride along with me taking notes).
