I´ve tried it with Lucas ECU (I recall that you have Lucas too?) and results were:
- low resistor value, no effect at all (below 300 ohms)
- decent value, CE light on + little too rich (with more than 500ohms)
It seems that there´s no need to get it richer with Lucas ECU, as far as I´m not trying to use more than 1,1bar boost. I´m getting steady 1V out of lambda sensor w/ WOT acceleration, all the way to the redline.
What year is your car? I´ve heard others getting 1V lambda voltage with stock ECU´s so maybe you have something wrong with it?
´90 Lucas ECU is different than 91-93, is this the case?

ps. pic shows voltmeter (1,069V), and it has been taken on full boost acceleration around 4500rpm (I have it on video, 1,1bar max - dropping to 0,85bar @ 6000rpm; voltage steady ~1V all the time!)
