it all depends of course on how far you want to go...
Filter and exhaust (complete, not just cat-back)
Suspension (+ wheels and tires?)

As far as extra information, do the ECU after the peripherals. You could use a boost controler in the meantime, but you have to be careful what fuel you use, because it defeats part of the knock-protection system.
Saab's have weak trasmissions. This is what is most likely to go first on a tuned car. Also, forget about shifting like you probably did in the Honda -I damaged my 3rd gear synchro with about 4-5 quick shifts.
Many in this forum will enthusiasticaly recommend the "Viggen rescue kit" (VRK), a series of bars and braces that will reduce torque steer and do such elusive things as "tighten up the handling" and make the car feel "more eager"..! I personally have not tried it so perhaps I shouldn't comment, but I have to say I never quite understood all this fuss about the torque steer problem. It just means you can't drive with your pinky, that's all.
Anyway my point is that a good set of shocks are I think much more useful than this kit. If you must get it, at least get the similar one from http://www.f-racing.com for about half the price.
Speaking of which, the manufacturer of the VRK is an English company called Abbott racing, one of the largest Saab tuners. They are way overpriced, and their ECU upgrades compromise the engine's knock protection just as much as an MBC does. That's not to say that *all* their products are junk tho.
