How much do you want to spend, and how far are you looking to go? Bar none, I would invest first and foremost in an upgraded exhaust system. I would upgrade the ignition system, using either an SPG9 AID or an MSD 6BTM. These are things that should, IMHO, be done prior to investing in a new APC. After that, try tweaking your own APC using the site below as a guide, and if this doesn't do it for you, then look into the SPG9 upgrade. Personally, I think there are a number of things that could and should be done before increasing boost... Just my $0.02.
