I emailed them regarding a chip for an '02 93SE. They seemed very knowledgable and professional. I am posting their reply to my questions for you to review. Let me know when you get it done so I'll know whether to do it!
Ok, yes we have some cosumers on the SAABNET.com .

Well lets se if we can answer your questions so you will be satisfied.

1. Is the price on your web site for a new ECU chip set or is the price to
reprogram my chip?
CC Answer: The prices on the websait is for a reprogramed exhange ECU.

2. How does your program change or improve idling, driving at normal speeds
and gas mileage?
CC answer: The car will get a much more improved tourqe in the midrange, and you will have alot more power in the top end of the power curve compared to the stock ECU. The gasmilage will be the same as stock if you dosent allways drive extremely hard. Then the car will take a litle bit more gas then stock.

3. Can the new ECU chip be detected by a repair shop or would they have to
perform a horsepower test to detect it?
CC answer: A SAAB workshop can not detect that teh car has a new ECU unit be looking with the Tech-2. The have to do as you say a horsepowertest to find out.

4. What makes your chip better than your competitors'?
CC answer: Hard to say. We know that we are one of the leading companys in the world when it comes to SAAB tuning. And we know that our products work very well. One thing that is as importent is´that you fell that you can trust the once your about to go in to bussnies with.

5. Is my 2002 9-3 SE with 205 hp the same thing as the AERO in Europe,
because I was trying to figure out which chip would work for my car.
CC answer: Yes it is the same engine, but we have another body works her in Europe.

6. Do you take VISA and MASTERCARD and how long does the shipping take and
how much is shipping.
CC answer: Contact our retailer in New Jersey for more information about our products and shipping fees.

All prices on Chip Centers websait
are just recommended prices, our
retailers in other countries then
Sweden add 20% to the price
because of the handling and fright
and custom fees.

7. Do you perform custom programming for example, if I were to use a K&N
cone filter, would that effect your program?
CC answer: I dont recomend to use a cone filter on cars that have the Trionic 7. The Trionic 7 system does not like the cone filters. The car can starts to run less smooth and start to take a lot more gas then it did before.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my questions.
CC answer: no problem. Thats what we get paid to do. ;-)
