I put a Nitrous Xpress setup on my neon. I have a lot of other mods on it but even with a 50 shot I snapped an axle. Nitrous hits "hard" unless you have a progressive controller. To use N20 properly you will also need a bottle heater and unless you want to get out of the car and open the bottle you will need a remote bottle opener. All and all a good safe system with various other safety features will cost more like $1200 or so. Refilling a 12lb tank is about $42, at least in New England. Turbos do like N2O if done properly, but make sure your engine and transmission is up to snuff.
