Kevin, what you say about this: http://geocities.com/tv41mxa/PF.html
and this: "You can make your box to stay on a passive "default" duty cycle to red line and adjust boost only with P pot - need to replace R42 with a 2,3Kohm resistor and connect R41 and R101 together from the "right side", when viewing textmarks right way.
This will give you a really smooth, directly adjusteble with P, boost that doesn´t dip or do any kinds of shaking when the boost/revs go higher. You might wanna take the pot P out from the box and put it in the cabin. As seen in here: http://www.netma.fi/jouko/saab/index.html"

So, according of this, "P" must be adjust a impuls lenght from ECU to solenoid valve when "F" has by-passed. How about R42? The amount of boost-drop when engine is knocking?
This is straight from Superchips Inc. web-site: "The effect of this is that the APC unit reduces the boost by 30% the unit then allows it to creep up again slowly. Meanwhile, though, the driving force has been lost, the acceleration trails away and has to rebuild. By changing the characteristics of the response to pinging the boost pressure will only drop by 5%, the momentum is kept up and the vastly increased acceleration is maintained. If the 5% drop is not enough the second ping will drop the pressure by another 5% and so on until the detonation is eliminated. This means that the boost is reduced to its lowest level over 100 revolutions of the engine instead of over 30 revolutions. The effect of this power increase is to drop the 0 - 60 time by 1.2 seconds and the 0-100 time by 4 seconds. For example the 900's 0-60 time drops from 8.5 seconds to 7.3 seconds and the 0-100 time from 20 seconds to 16.1 seconds."
This must be a very similar APC box than in here: http://www.netma.fi/jouko/saab/index.html",
because Superchips sells also APC box with adjustable circuit board:
"5200 Adjustable ABC Circuit Board $495.00
5250 Non-adjustable ABC Circuit Board $495.00"
