The OEMs typically have at least two suppliers for most parts. This allows them some flexibility in the event of supply problems (transportation, strikes, etc.) at a single supplier, especially using the JIT concept. In some cases, they may have their own in-house manufacturing but will certainly have a backup outside supplier. I used to work at a place that made plastic components for GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda and VW; and all of them had this arrangement. So in this case, it makes sense that Ford is using both Bosch and Denso. You would just have to hope that they don't mix the brands in a box although the OEM spec would call for identical measurements from both suppliers.
