Hi !
Oopps, well let´s say that I needed new hunting grounds....
Let me ask you a question, are you from The States or from Finland ??
So, back to your question, the MHI TE05-12B is an exellent turbocharger, but for hi-output, it´s not the best.
Even though, I know a guy who claims that it will work well up to 350 bhp.
My experience is that up to approx 200 bhp it is an superb Turbo, then above that it seems a bit "small", creating a lot of heat.
My brother once had a 900 OG Aero M/89, let me tell you that story....
Std. Garrett T3 was replaced by a TE05-12B, low and mid revs where improved a lot, but high revs did´nt work too well.
The symptom was just as if the turbo was too small.
So, then it was replaced with a TD04HL-15T-6cm2 (9k Aero Turbo), we just drilled four new holes in the exhaust manifold, and then just bolted it on, more or less.
The result was "amazing", specially hi revs, yea !
With this Turbo the engine pulled all the way upp to the rev-limit, that is 6850 rpm.

My recomendation is simple, find a TD04HL-15T, the one that is fitted on 9k Aero 225 bhp, just rotate the turbine and compressor housings and bolt it on.
By the way, do not use a turbo with -15G compressor, make sure it is a -15T.
Of course you have fix water and oil, but that is quite simple.
What are you aiming for, real hi-output or exellent short turbo lag ?
Or both....?
