KL,
I suppose you already know that it is "more or less" impossible to extract significantly more power from your car than it already has stock, without major hardware changes.
You WILL need to change the following (regardless of what the tuners tell you...):
- Intercooler
- Intake pipe (from airbox to turbo)
- Injectors
- Fuel pressure regulator
For real high output you will also need to change:
- Exhaust from turbo and back (3" with free-flow catalyst)
- Turbocharger
The way I see it, your best option is to get a Hirsch "stage 1" or similar, including intercooler. That way you can keep your warranty. Nordic DOES VOID your warranty. Nordic will, however, assume responsibility themselves for certain broken parts, but the tuning WILL void your warranty. Regardless of what Nordic or their dealers say. Period.
If you want a nicer, more driveable car, you may want to check out a stainless 3" exhaust with free-flow cat from Nordic or similar. A bit more growl and maybe a bit improved spool-up. But for significant power you need a lot of hardware changes. Trust me...
Good luck!
/ Karl
