yike .. I had speculated that the topend wot fuel was 2D rpm only, based on what oem max boost vs rpm should be ... but you are the 1st to confirm this. Kind of speed density with no density input .. scary. 2 more q's:
1) logically, at some load point on the base map you posted, control would kick out of 02 lambda control and basic map values would be used?
also, for wot 2D maps, some rpm threshold must exist. Example: sudden wot at 2500 rpm in high gears would cause too much initial fuel, if read from a 2D map. Any info on the rpm trip points for 2D wot maps?
