GM runs 225/35/18 parada's (Actual: 226mmx24.3")
I run 225/40/18 GRB's (Actual: 231mmx25.1")

The 215's are probably the widest tire that should be fitted to a c900. I'm not saying they will work w/ all the OEM rims and relocating the axle isn't necessary. I'm just saying 225's are too big and 215's are the maximum performance width the c900 fenderwell can accomodate comfortably.

The reasons why I think 225' are to big for the c900:
First off, you need at least a 7" rim so your rim doesn't float around on the tire. The right size diameter of rim is needed in addition, the spring seat in the control arm protrudes out and will interefere w/ the improperly sized rim fitted w/ 225's. A 16-18" rim w/ a relocated axle is required to clear that protrusion. Also there isn't much space down in that fenderwell and 225 series tires come in an assortment of actual widths. My Falken GRB's have an actual width of 231, where GM's are 226. I use a 18x7.5 rim w/ a 40mm offset in front compared to GM's 18x7 w/ a 35mm offset. That would mean our rims sit on the outside in the same position. His rim would have the same chance of hitting the fenderlip as mine. When Adding a tire, my rim will hold more of the tire farther inside the fenderwell. So there will be 5mm less tire on the outside given a normal 225series tire, but in actuality the parada's are 5mm thinner in width. With the difference in tire, I will only have 2.5mm less tire on the outside as his. His tire also is a 35 series compared to my 40 series, in actuallity it ends up being a 0.4" difference in height off the rim. So even though I have 2.5mm less tire on the outside, 0.4" more tire off the rim, and 1degree of negative camber, I still have slight rubbing on the outside lip of the front fenderwell on hard cornering. Fitting 225's isn't easy.

The perfect performance rim/tire setup for the c900:

rear axle relocation
15lb or less 17x7 w/ 40mm offset rims (lots to select from)
215/45 or 215/40 series tires (close to actual as possible)
New M14x1.10 cone seat lug bolts
??-65mm steel hubcentric rings fitted to rims.

I've been trying to work out a rim sizing fact for my website but it's quite hard. sorry if this post is long, but I've been trying to organize my thoughts.
