New Turbo, Garrett T3 with a bigger compressor house and watercooling. Originally it is a Mitsubishi T05-12E
Intercooler: Mounted in front of the radiator. It is Saab's Group A rally Intercooler.
Air filter: K&N open filter. Coned with 100mm mounting diameter and it is about 250mm long. It should be big enough...
Exaust: 3" from the turbo and all the way back. No catalyst and one muffler.

The hoses and tubes on the intake are shorter and bigger and made of stainless steel.

The turbo pressure is 0,7bar right now, due to a inoperative APC computer.. a new is coming in from Speedparts in Sweden. I wont use any more pressure before the APC is working again. I will stabilize it on 1,5 to 1,6bar. With the new sylinder head, manually adjustable progressive fuelpreassure-regulator and camshafts it will turn over the 300Bhp threshold. The injectionsystem is chipped. I have the Lucas injection system, not the Bosch system.
I have contacts within the swedish rallycircuits and get cheap parts there. I pay only 50$ per camshaft and for the cylinder head I give only 250$. It is ported and professionally build in Germany. It has Natrium cooled valves and it lowers the compressionrate to 8,6:1 instead of 9:1. It also have other big advantages so that I can tune the turbo a little more :)

New stuff I plan to mount in near future:
New cylinder head
Camshafts
Exaustmanifold. stainless with same preassure for every cylinder.
Manually adjustable progressive fuelpreassure-regulator
Bigger Intercooler.
