Upgrading a 900S

Advice about the performance upgrades recommended by Swedish Dynamics. I'm considering making these changes for the learning experience. It's a bit expensive, but I'll phase it in over a year or 2. Didn't buy a turbo to begin with, so I'll experiment with my 92 900S. Won't be racing, but would enjoy the additional HP for acceleration, freeway driving, etc. I'd appreciate feedback from anyone knowledgeable about the SD suggestions, which are as follows:
Stage 1: To bring a naturally aspirated 2.1 engine output into the 160hp range.
Exhaust manifold upgrade
Exhaust system upgrade
K&N filter kit
Red Series Street: To bring a naturally aspirated 2.1 engine output to approximately 200 HP (with stage 1 modifications) but may require an increase in compression ratio, upgraded valve springs, and additional modifications:
Red Series camshafts
Cylinder head modifications
Red Series rising rate fuel pressure regulator
Is this just sales hype, or can you really convert the 2.1 to 200 HP, with these modifications?
Thanks ...
