The car:
92 900TC, 24lb/hr injectors, 3.0bar fpr, tweaked APC, max boost approx 15lbs, 91 octane fuel

The situation:
Just added a Dawes Devices a/f meter to my 92 900TC. Went for an extended spin and got very little gauge output except the very occasional flash of the red led. Assuming I had connected things incorrectly, I removed the meter and hooked up my multi-meter. The wiring was correct (all connections soldered).

I left the multi-meter in place for my drive to work this morning. At WOT I was consistently getting 0.81 volts. Dawes states the following:

1st light (red)=.75v-.90v -- lean
2nd light (yellow)= .90v-.95v --a safe amount of fuel is present
3rd light (1st High Intensity Green)= .95v-1.0v-A little rich
4th light (2nd High Intensity Blue)= 1v to limit of O2 sensor-too rich for good power

I'm not too worried about the meter, but I am concerned about my a/f ratio now that I have my multi-meter hooked up and realize that I might be running too lean referencing the info above from Dawes.

The questions:
1) Any idea if 0.81 volts is good or bad? I know that Dawes stuff is geared to really pushing the limit and richer is safer.

2) The check-engine light would come on if I were running too lean, correct? or is that wishful thinking? I have been driving hard with this setup for over a year and half, and would think that I would have had a problem by now if I were running lean.

3) Is there an easy way to determine my injector duty cycle? (I think I asked that correctly) If it were 100% then I would know that the ECM considers this condition too lean.

4) I did find the chart below fwiw (link below), but without knowing how voltage should map to a/f ration it does me no good.
