I called Mike and arranged a visit to install aquamist and larger injectors along a 3 bar regulator. We discovered a head gasket problem and decided to go ahead and fix it. Well while the head was off and the turbo was off I said to myself, this is the perfect time for some magic.
We did a T-60 trim to the turbo with a full circle thrust bearing and a 15 psi wategate actuator. 15 degree clip on exhaust wheel and ported the cylinder head, bronzed the guides, 16 degree angle grind valve, single cutter blending port into seat & combustion chamber.
Removed rear screen on the air mass meter, removed the throttle heater, removed the intake manifold air deflector.
The result is phenomenal, the car has tremendous power, the acceleration from 60-100+ is flat out crazy. We got wheel spin at 70 mph in 3rd gear.
Besides the great work they do the most important aspect of my experience with them has been the personal interaction. Mike will do the work and explain what he is doing as I stand next to him gaining invaluable knowledge about my car. I will only take my car to SPG9 and keep in mind I live in Los Angeles and it is a 3 hour ride each way.
Throttle response in now!!! These upgrades along with the following list makes my 92 9000 turbo unbelievable.
LH & Ignition chips
40LB injectors
Aquamist H2O injection
3"jt and 3" to tail
Viggen BOV
RRFPR
K&N
EBC slotted rotors
Greenstuff pads
Kilen springs
SAS sway bars
