George, the distributor connector is available as a separate part (I have
purchased it in the past). Here's what you need (info from Saab Electronic
Parts Catalog):

3-pin Connector PN 85 93 907 (qty 1)
Crimp Terminal PN 91 20 957 (qty 3)
Protective Boot PN 85 79 955 (qty 1)

I'd get ahold of some real crimpers to put those terminals on with - not
the kind they sell at Radio Shack or Kragen. You want to make OEM-style
permanent crimps here. You might want to get 5 or so just to practice!

Another thing (learn from my mistake!) is to put the boot on *first* and
slide it back, then crimp on terminals, then insert terminals into the triple
connector. Finally, slide up the boot and attach (should look like one of
the fuel injector connectors).
