I was running the Abbott on the rear with the stock Aero bar on the front. With this configuration, I was getting enough oversteer that I was nervous that something unexpected would happen at high speed. When you think about it, most of the weight is in the front with the relatively softer bar. The front will then tend to give more compliance than the rear which has the stiffer bar. With more roll in the front, the rear would tend to loose traction before the front would causing the rear to start coming around. Right?
To return to a neutral / understeer situation, I installed an SAS bar on the front this weekend. Let me tell you that I was thankful I decided to do this while I had the engine out and could get access. I was like some kind of Chinese puzzle getting that thing out. I could not imagine trying to do that with the engine in the car. Anyway, I will have some picks up some and new dyno charts once the car is back together and tuned.
Cheers!
