trip went well, no problems until the first day of rain in nebraska. that's when the windsheild wipers broke. a little rainex and i was able to make it to the final stop at the inlaws in rhode island. i had to pull the wiper transmission because the pulley came off. pain in the butt, but not a real bad issue.

the tuning went well driving across. we took the long way (down the west coast to san diego and then up across to rhode island) which ended up just over 5500 miles. i kept it at base boost (7.5 psi) for the entire drive and she ran quite well. i was able to smooth out quite a few of the holes in the maps. with the current timing and fueling maps, the 7.5 psi proved to be plenty for the mountain climbs and highway running (even with the 700 lbs of moving supplies). at least there were few other cars that could keep up...:)
