I dunno... neat idea, but I'd love to see some dyno tests of it.
My solution on an NA 900 was a lot simpler, and cheaper... I built up an airbox around an open-element filter and directed air from the intercooler opening in the airdam to the filter. Since NAs have no intercooler, there is a huge opening up front designed to get air in there!
