My 194 Aero has the Maptun stage one ECU, the modified air box with a K&N filter, and the JT downpipe with race catalytic converter and a full 3" exhaust system (still need to upgrade to the stage two Maptun ECU through Trolltun). My highway mileage last weekend driving from New Jersey to the Saab Tech session in Connecticut was 35 miles per gallon at 70 miles per hour with no air conditioning on (running Firestone SZ-50 tires at 38 psi, and Mobil 1 10W30 oil, and it was about 60 degrees outside at the time). Overall it appears that my highway mileage is up by 1-2 miles per gallon with the modifications I've made and my local around town mileage is unchanged at 20 mpg.
Overall the upgraded ECU and the JT exhaust system is a most worthwhile upgrade, with the added benefit of faster spool up time.
