I've seen those infomercials for this product. Lots of hype. They put the car on an outdated analog dyno and try to demonstrate a significant horsepower increase. One of the turbo car mags (Turbo, Sport Compact Car, etc.) actually invited the owner of Tornado to demo the product. They let him install the unit. They put the car on a state of the art dyno. Guess what, the Tornado did not improve horsepower, but neither did it go down. The mags take on this product was why waste your money. They also detailed the differences between the dyno used in the infomercial and the dyno they used. Apparently, the dyno they used was at some tech school that had been around for awhile.
Also, do you know if any race teams (F1/Cart/IRL/SCCA/etc./etc. that use this product. I would imagine that if this thing did increase power, everyone would be using it.
