I haven't compiled a complete list of *everything*, but generally you need:
T5 Wiring harness w/ ECU, electronic speedo sender, speedometer, MAP sensor, Coolant temp sensor, Intake Air Temp sensor, Boost Pressure Valve, DI Cassette, Crank Pos Sensor & Ring, Throttle Position Sensor, Front & Rear O2 sensors.
The trick is installing the Crank Pos Sensor and 58-tooth ring. On the T5 cars it resides inside the block, attached to a counterweight on the crankshaft. I didn't even try that. The ring doesn't even fit w/o grinding! I mounted it to the back of the harmonic balancer, and the sensor is in a bracket bolted to the timing cover. I've since considered using the hall-effect CPS on the LH2.4.2 c900's and fabricating a smaller 58-tooth ring to replace the one that it in there. The question is - does the CPS have the resolution to read a 50% smaller ring?
Almost all my stuff was acquired when a friend's 1996 Aero was totalled in a rear-end collision. When he bought back the wreck from the insurance company, I started making plans for the T5 c900. I had to buy some things anyway - front O2 sensor, CPS ring, the "R" plugs, wiring supplies, charcoal canister & valve, engine rebuild stuff, etc. DS
