Sway Bar or ECU First for Upgrade?

Wanted to get your thoughts on which upgrade I should do first. I have a 1999 9-3SE convertible automatic with a K&N drop-in filter and am torn between doing one of these upgrades first to my car. I am looking to either do the SAS sway bar or the ECU from Engstrom. Which would you choose first? Eventually I will do both but want to have an immediate increase to the fun factor of my car. Thanks for your opinions on this in advance.
