Hehe, I have an acute problem already: there's no room under the hood to install any new stuff. I looked into installing a Webasto/Eberspächer auxiliary engine heater this winter but there really is no place to fit it into. So I guess the ram-air box will have to wait, too :)

PS: Do any of you folks in the US know what the Webastos and Ebers are about? Here in northern europe people fit these stand-alone engine heaters which run on gasoline into the car. They are used to preheat the engine and the cabin (they turn on the cabin fan and warm up the coolant) before you get into your car in the wintertime. The best thing about those gasoline heaters is that the modern ones you can turn on with a remote or even with your cellphone from the comfort of your home or office. And have the car warmed up as you leave the office.

Most folks have mains plugs in their home parking spots to power the electric engine block/cabin heater but the sockets are not everywhere...

Oh, sorry, this once again has nothing to do with performance...
