TCS and limp mode problems

Hi all
I posted this on the 9000 bulletin but since the car has a few performance modifications I thouhgt it would be better if I posted it here also.
Sorry for the double post.
I have a 92 9kt that is modified a bit. I moved to michigan and the car has been in the garage for two months with a couple of outings when the weather clerared up. Mostly it has rested away from the snow. A week ago while cruising the TCS light came on and the car went into limp mode. Pulled over started the car again and drove off fine for 5-10 minutes until the limp mode kicked in again. I ordered and replaced the TCS/ETS safety runof, part #4015202 from Europarts. The problem still exist and assume I need to get the system reset at the dealer but I am wondering if the modifications will trow additional codes.
The ABS sensors were disconected at the wheels to avoid the TCS engaging at full throttle and for a year I have enjoyed the ability to spin tire when desired. This was a suggestion from SPG9 to avoid TCS kicking in since this affected performance.
Car has the following mods done at SPG9.
T28, Port & Polish, ECU, 40LB Injectors, Intercooler,
H2O injection, 3" Exhaust,
Hybrid BOV, High Pressure Waste Gate Actuator,
3 Bar Regulator, K&N, EBC Slotted Rotors,
Greenstuff Pads, Kilen Springs, SAS Bars, Koni's
