Alright, just to pick some peoples brains before I send this damn thing back to Erickson. When I bought this SPG last summer down in Florida the PO told me that the turbo smoked a little and that it was only a year old. Well I didn't notice all that much smoke until I got caught in traffic in the D.C. area, then I noticed.
So while I had it on Jeff P's portable lift in "The Corner of Death" I took the turbo out and sent it to Erickson in CT for them to rebuild it. From the looks of it when I took it out it was very clean and looked new, the prognosis fron the shop was that it needed to be re-sealed, and I also added a water cooled center section. ( Odd the PO in Florida didn't have the water cooled one from the get go.)
Well got the turbo back just in time for Swedish Car Day, was told to use Mobil 1 and that I shouldn't have this problem again. Well its seven months later and the turbo as blowing oil smoke out of the exhaust. There is no leaking externally and the intake side is fine (Not Spitting oil)
So what do I do ???????
Ideas........Suggestions.......? I'm open to all feedback.\
