I have had a slight rattle that comes and goes depending on the type of driving I'm doing. THe symptoms are as follows:

- always during city driving
-particularly after lots of stop and go....when I give it a little gas or alot of gas it lets out a shortish rattle....something like I had on my c900's cat shield stated to rattle.
-it then disappears

THe car is a 95 9000cse and it is fitted with a SABER 2.5" catback. I had it dealer installed and then took to a mufflershop to tweak as it was rubbing. I have since had it in to the dealer for a look at what the intermittent rattle is. They said at one or two points it was near a heat shield and they fixed this.....little rattle gone. I asked about the down pipe and cat....they are all just fine.

hmmmmm do I need to tighten the bolts....maybe get newer hangers or is this "normal" with a performance exhaust?

I love the sound and the fact that its stainless but would love it more if I could get rid of this rattle.

any help would be much appreciated.
