Yea I know its in the past bulletins, but i cant find the info im looking for. I just installed my dawes mbc on my 87 9kt. I have it inline between the turbo, and the apc solenoid. I have the elbow end of mbc on the turbo side, and the straight end on the apc side. As soon as i put it in, the turbo was pushing up near 20 psi, where it would only maybe hit 16-17 befor. I unpluged the apc today, and the car is running at 6 psi baseboost, i am assuming that since it does not boost higher that that with base boost that the mbc is set lower than that right? I love what my car is doing, but it makes me nervous that the apc is not detecting knock. I have the SD box, and red series injectors, so i should be getting fuel, but untill i put this in the apc was kicking in at around 16 psi. Does this all sound right, my intention was just to "hide" the boost from the waste gate till about 8 psi,and let the apc take over from there but im afraid somthing isnt quite right here. PLEASE HELP ME
