I realize that on the T7 cars the 'boost gauge' is actually a mass air flow meter gauge. On a colder day, like the day I did the tests, the air is denser (= mass/volume) than in the summer. That means more O2 going into the cyliners on each stroke in the winter than the summer. To keep stoichiometry, the T7 must up the fuel injected, which theoretically would mean more hp. But is it dials back the boost to compensate (i.e. keep hp/torque constant), then cold air doesn't do diddly squat.
