At low RPMs there is not enough exhaust gas to get a turbine to do anything.
No one has tried a MBC on the V6 turbo that I know of. So try it. You should be able to get the boost to come on faster at the very least with a series install. With an install that by-passes the BPC valve you might get more boost. How the ECU reacts when it decides that there is too much pressure is unknown. There is also no body of knowledge about knocking, AF ratios or mechanical ability to deal with added torque, plus any autobox issues.
So spend $42 or whatever on a dawes and go where no V6 has gone before.
