First of all, the only part of an '03 aero suspension that will fit are the sway bars. I'm not sure how much of a difference there is from the '01 to '03 on the sway bars, but they definately improved the roll my '99lpt beyond the '00 and '01 aero's I've driven. Nick Taliaferro may have the answer for that; he's looked into this quite a bit.
I put Bilstein shocks & struts in mine w/aero springs, and it is a bit firmer than stock aero, but not as much as the '02 Aero/Eeibach I've driven. The only weak side of the oem springs I've found so far is after 500 miles this weekend w/5 large people and luggage being undersprung a bit. Almost wish I had opted for wagon springs in the rear, instead, but it's the first time I've really felt that way.
You won't be looking at another full inch drop w/eibach if you are starting w/the aero (because eibach quotes 1.2" from a base suspension), but you definately lose some clearance. Eibach felt good to me, but I really didn't want to lose any more drop. The only eibach I've driven was on the improved '02/'03 aero chassis, so that one starts firmer than yours, also. You might post or search on the 9-5 board, as there are several Eibach types there!
