Has anyone had any experience using an O2 sensor simulator with their DP? I was considering installing a JT 3" DP on my 2001 9-3SE, but I don't want to spend the money on a cat, or deal with having one installed. I know that a CEL will eventually come on if I don't run a cat(Although I have been told it could take up to 1 month before it happens). I guess this is where an O2 sim would be useful. I have seen them for most GM and Ford vehicles for around $40, and I assume that the plugs for these things don't vary that much. I think that they might have one that fits or perhaps could be soldered in with the existing plug. I really want to figure out a way to make it work because I wouldn't even have to get a second O2 sensor bung installed in the DP. Any ideas? Thanks.
