and become winston cup drivers. I would say april of this year I thought the same way you all do. Until I got behind the wheel of a race car. the cars they let you drive are slow compared to the real race cars. It's not as easy as it looks. If it looks like a paking lot to you.... try driving 200 mph in a parking lot and things happen pretty fast. as far as nascar being low tech, i don't think nascar is a high tech as other motorsports but it is definetly not low tech. We race a saab pretty much every weekend in a circle and it is alot of fun and alot of work. now multiply the amount of work we do on our race car times 100 and you have a winston cup car. you should try it before you talk bad about it.
