I was just wondering why you want to stay away from cross drilled rotors? When the cross drilling is done correctly on a good quality rotor and the holes are radius chamfered we've never seen one crack unless they're over heated to almost red hot in a track condition where the car needed larger rotors with AP calipers. Also we have been warned to not slot rotors to where the slots run off the outer diameter of the brake surface which promotes cracking when the brake discs expand. I have cross drilled rotors on one of my 9000's and went to slotted rotors on my 900 and they work great so I guess I shouldn't give you a bad time about not wanting to run a cross drilled rotor however the cross drilled ones are holding up fine. There's lots of info on both cross drilled and slotted rotors as well as a combination of both on our Saab page http://www.group9performance.com/test/saab.asp about a third of the way down. Take care, Dave
