so I did a total of 6 pulls on the dyno at SOC
the results werent as optimistic as I would have liked
I did 119 HP & 240 FT lbs at about 20 LBS boost
the HP & torque curves were more stable & wider than most on the dyno
most of us there fealt the machine was reading a lil lower but that may have been typical male problems with size comparisons :-)
the thing that kinda freaks me is brad getting 217 HP at the wheels with a stock engine/turbo as I was complimented by some pretty smart fellas there on my knowlege & have done fairly extensive modding & got the #s above
I definatly know where to go from here Im gona run a .63 turbine housing & 3 inch pipe all the way back to get my exhaust pressures down
in sweeden there getting 300 HP with like 1 bar boost thats because they look at things in terms of flow & less so at boost
when I get home Ill post pics on saabpics of the dyno sheet
one thing that was odd is they were pulling in 3rd gear which going thru the countershaft might increase drivetrain losses
I think Im getting about 255 or so at the crank & a 100 HP increase at the crank is pretty good :-)
but I WANT MORE :-)
