There is just 1 tensioner in a 2.0 and if the chain and or tensioner is going bad there will be a noise during initial start up until full oil pressure reaches everything as the engine warms up. I've never heard of an after market cat. that bolts up directly to a Saab. A good (custom) exhaust shop can add appropriate flanges to both ends of an after market 3" cat. to accommodate a 3" down pipe and your existing 2 1/2" system. Make sure some regular muffler shop doesn't just weld everything together (without flanges) like so many of them do! Dave
