The big deal with tire rubbing is with the gas line on the ng900 compared to the 9-3. On the 9-3 the gas line is narrower and does not interfere with wider tires. Another issue here is the how stiff the side walls are in the tires. If you have weak side walls they will allow for more lateral flex. If you drive aggressively then again the more flex. The best solution to your problem is getting spacers for rear tires or for all four tires if you have rubbing issues on all four. I also remember warning you about this problem over a year ago.
