I've been looking for sort of the same info on the same car...I came up with factory docs saying the TCM sends out a 'max permissible torque' number that the ECU then (allegedly) respects, and sends back the actual torque.
Doesn't seem promising unless T7 upgrades ignore then lie to the TCM (fine with me). Or if the TCM ignores the fact it's got a pile of extra torque on its hands.
I'm considering a chip, how much real-world improvement was there on Stage I with a slushbox?
