Are you seriously interested in attending a winter-time, 3-day performance rally driving course @ Tim O'Neil's driving school (http://www.team-oneil.com) in Franconia, NH?

I plan on attending one of these before my first rally (either SnoDrift or 100AW) and thought it would be advantageous if a group of competitive, SAAB-driving performance rallists could gear the course toward *performance* FWD driving to 1) Gear the course toward performance FWD driving (duh!) & 2) likely get a group rate. FYI, Tim started rallying in a SAAB 99.

I haven't approached him/them yet but wanted to gauge interest.

The typical 3-day course now runs about $3K & includes:
- The art of Left Foot Braking and reasons for using it (Day 1 & 2)
- How to use throttle and brake to steer the vehicle (Day 1 & 2)
- Introduction to anticipation, compensation & timing (Day 1 & 2)
- Critical and life saving driving skills (Day 1 & 2)
- Greater emphasis on narrow roads and higher speeds (Day 3)
- Pendulum Turns (Day 3)
- Handbrake & "J" Turns (Day 3)
- 180° turns (Day 3)
- Spin-out & Crash Recovery (Day 3)
- Free use of TO's helmets (if needed)
- Free use of TO's cars (no, you won't bang your SAAB at the course)
- Free lunch on the first day

It does NOT include:
- lodging**
- travel to & from
- meals ('cept one lunch).

I'd need about 6 *serious* folks to make an effective proposal (6 is max for a class, I believe), 4 for a guaranteed 10% discount.
